摘要: 利用非线性连续介质力学的方法推导了汽车钢板弹簧大 变形问题的Lagrange型动力学方程和边界条件, 并根据其工作特点对方程进行简化, 从而 建立了汽车钢板弹簧在大变形下的理论模型. 对片间的作用力进行数值模拟, 数值结果和 实验结果比较接近. 改进了传统的设计方法.

Abstract: In this paper, Lagrange's type of dynamics equations and boundary conditions for large deformation of automobile steel plate spring are deduced by using the nonlinear continu um mechanics method. And the numerical result approaching to the experimental re sult is achieved by simulating the force between the pieces. The method in this paper has improved the conventional designing method.
