电器绝缘油中枝动菌代谢物脂肪酸的分离、 纯化及结构鉴定

摘要: 利用薄层层析(TLC)、 液-质联机(LC-MS)等技术从电器绝缘油(变压器介质油)的枝动菌代谢物中分离得到一种脂肪酸, 结合核磁共振(NMR)对其结构进行了表征, 证明这种脂肪酸为癸二酸.

Abstract: Using thin layer chromatography(TLC), liquid-chromatogram/mass spectrum(LC-MS), we separated a kind of fatty acid from the metabolites of mycoplana in transformer oil. And applying nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), we characterized its chemical structure. Finally we proved that this kind of fatty acid was sebacic acid whose chemical structural formula is COOH_CH2_CH2_CH2_CH2_CH2_CH2_CH2_CH2_COOH.
