异形喷丝孔质量检测方法

摘要:

 采用CCD采集放大后的异形喷丝孔图像, 对图像进行边缘检测、 二值化和边缘细化等预处理, 在测量异形度参数过程中采用先检测圆和直线基本元素, 再用最小二乘法对基本元素进行拟合以获取更准确的参数. 该方法能实现异形喷丝孔是否堵孔的判定和异形度参数的检测. 实验结果表明, 该方法检测精度高、 速度快, 适合化纤企业对异形喷丝孔质量的检测.

Abstract:

 With the application of CCD, the enlarged non-circular spinneret holes image was captured, followed by edge detection and preprocessing of thresholding and edge thinning. In the measurement of non-circular degree parameter,  the basic circular and linear elements were first detected, then  the method of least square was used to fit circular and linear for obtaining more accurate parameter. This method can achieve the judgment of  block and detection of shaped degree for non-circular spinneret hole. Experimental results show that this method has the high precision and speed detection. Meanwhile, it is suitable for non-circular spinneret holes detection in synthetic fiber industry.
