量子点在小鼠体内的生物学分布

Biodistribution of Quantum Dots in Rats

摘要: 对CdTe量子点在小鼠体内的生物学分布进行了研究. 实验表明, 量子点在小鼠体内通过血液循环系统运输到肝脏和脾脏, 24 h之内在这两种脏器中能够观察到量子点的存在, 同时有红移现象发生, 随着时间的延长, 量子点在这两大脏器中的量越来越少, 直到消失. 用量子点作为标记物研究纳米粒子在生物体内的运输、 分布和代谢具有操作简便、 安全、 结果直观等特点.

Abstract: The biological distribution of CdTe nanocrystals in a rat was studied by means of bioanalysis and some laws were obtained. The experiment results indicate that quantum dots are transported by blood circulatory system to liver and spleen, and can be observed in these organs within 24 h which emission wavelength has a red shift. With the time passing, quantum dots distributed in the two organs get less and less till disappearing. By using quantum dots as a tagging to study the transportation, distribution and metabolizing of nanoparticles, the operation is very simple and safe, and the results got directly.
