摘要:

针对大批量定制中的产品配置问题, 提出一种参数化产品结构模型, 采用UML分析设计产品配置, 实现了产品配置系统. 该系统能建立多种类型产品的通用建模与配置求解, 并可以在冲突无解时给出合理解释与提示. 该系统还具有给用户提供产品模型元素的发布与收回功能, 从而可以动态生成新的配置界面, 以满足用户个性化需求.

Abstract:

On the basis of the analysis of product configuration in mass customization, a general parametric product structure model was built. Based on the model and the analysis and design of product configuration by means of UML, a product configurator was implemented, which realizes general configuration knowledge representation for a variety of products and configuration solving, it can provide the enduser with a reasonable explanation when the conflict gives rise to nonconfiguration, in addition, it can dynamically generate a new configuration page after the enduser releases or retracts the elements of generic product model, to further meet the enduser’s customization.
