小角X射线散射研究2091Al-Li合金δ′相的生长

摘要: 采用小角X射线散射技术对2091Al-Li合金时效过程中 δ′相的生长机制和相界特性进行了研究. 结果表明, 在时效初期, 析出的δ′相粒子与基体之间存在过渡界面层, 这说明δ′相是通过调幅分解形成的. 在时效后期, δ′相粒子与基体之间有清晰的界面, 表明δ′相粒子是以成核生长的方式进行的.

Abstract: A small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) technique was used to characterize the interfaces between the δ′ phase and matrix in 2091 Al-Li alloy aged at 150 ℃ for different times. The results show that a interfacial layer exists between the δ′ phase and matrix at aged earlier stage, which disappears at aged later stage.
