ABS实时四轮轮速信号采集系统

摘要:

基于车辆原有的采集系统, 提出一种从防抱死制动系统(ABS)中采集车速信号的方法. 通过采集车辆现有的ABS轮速传感器信号, 经过信号分离、 放大、 滤波、 整形、 计算机采集、 轮速计算等处理方法, 快速准确地获取车辆轮速. 该系统已应用于汽车动态模拟国家重点实验室多种类型车的场地实验上. 实验结果表明, 系统精度高、 稳定、 方便安装、 适用于各种车型.

Abstract:

A method using automobile selfprovided collection system to collect wheelspeed signal from anti\|lock braking system (ABS) was studied. After collection of it from  the ABS wheelspeed sensor, the signal was separated, enlarged, filtered, integrated, followed by computer collection, wheel speed calculation and other series data processing, the automobile wheel speed was got accurately and fast. This method has been widely applied to field experiment for all types of automobile by State Key Laboratory of Automobile Dynamic Simulation of Jilin University. Experiment results show that this method is precise, constant, easyinstallation and feasible to every type of automobile.
