摘要:

以耦合模理论为依据, 介绍一种定向耦合型的电光开关, 并从理论上分析了定向耦合型电光开关的工作原理, 讨论了多节反相电极结构对器件开关性能的影响, 同时给出了传输矩阵的一般表达式.  

Abstract:

The authors analyzed the principle of directional coupling electro-optical switch based on coupled\|mode theory, and discussed the effect of multiple electrode structure on the performance of the switch. The general expression of transmission matrix was given through theoretical analysis. 
