摘要:

利用再沉淀法制备9,10二(3,5二氟苯乙烯基)蒽(TFDSA)有机纳米线, 并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 透射电子显微镜(TEM)和光致发光光谱(PL)表征所制备的纳米线. 结果表明: 纳米线表面光滑, 长度为20~30 μm, 宽度为400 nm, 具有较强的绿色荧光发射, 发光峰位于538 nm处; 将单根TFDSA纳米线作为有源波导可在亚微米量级进行光传播.

Abstract:

9,10-Bis(3,5-difluorostyryl)anthracene (TFDSA) organic nanowires with high quality were fabricated by the reprecipitation method. The nanowires were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy etc. The results show flat the nanowires are 20—30 μm in length and 400 nm in width, and emits strong green fluorescence with a peak at 538 nm and typical strong waveguide behavior. Asprepared TFDSA nanowire is able to serve as single wire active optical waveguide due to propagating light on a sub-wavelength scale. TFDSA can be used as candidates for potential nanoscale photonic devices.
