3种乌头原碱的NMR

Stuctural Elucidation of Three Aconines by NMR Spectroscopy

摘要:

利用3种双酯型乌头碱(乌头碱、 新乌头碱、 次乌头碱)经水解得到3种乌头碱型生物原碱, 即乌头原碱、 新乌头原碱、 次乌头原碱. 应用一维和二维核磁共振(NMR, 包括1H-1H COSY,HMQC和HMBC)对这3种化合物的结构进行了分析, 并对其1H和13C化学位移进行了全归属.

Abstract:

Three aconines: aconine, mesaconine, hypaconine were separated from the hydrolyzates of three diesterditerpenoid aconines aconitine, mesaconitine and hypaconitine. 1H and 13C NMR spectra(including 1H-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC) of the compounds were acquired and assigned. The structures of the compounds were elucidated. The chemical shift assignm
ents of 1H and 13C were made.
