兔血液中乌头碱代谢产物的研究

摘要: 用液相色谱电喷雾离子阱多级质谱法首次从中毒死亡7 d家兔血液中分离鉴定了乌头碱及其3种代谢产物, 其中16-O-去甲基乌头次碱为首次在口服乌头碱动物血液中发现, 并研究了乌头碱在兔血液中代谢的途径.

Abstract: Aconitine and its three metabolites were separated and identified in the blood of dead rabbits after aconitine poisoning by means of liquid chromatography-electrospray ion trapmass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS). 16-O-demethylbenzoylaconine in the blood of the animal that was administered aconitine was found for the first time. The metabolic pathway of aconitine in the blood was studied.
