摘要：
给出诣零幂级数McCoy环的概念及相应的实例, 并证明了Reduced环上的n×n矩阵环不是诣零幂级数McCoy环. 讨论诣零幂级数McCoy环的扩张, 并证明了右诣零幂级数McCoy环的直积是右诣零幂级数McCoy环.

Abstract:
We introduced the notion of nil powerserieswise McCoy rings and gave the corresponding examples. It was proved that the n×n matrix rings over reduced rings is not nil powerserieswise McCoy rings. Moreover, we investigated the extensions of nil powerserieswise McCoy rings. It was shown that the direct product of nil powerserieswise McCoy rings is nil powerserieswise McCoy rings.
