酶法与化学法联合制备环氧丙醇

摘要: 利用脂肪酶在有机介质中催化制备过氧酸, 丙烯醇在过氧酸的作用下发生环氧化反应生成环氧丙醇. 对脂肪酶酶源、 脂肪酶浓度、 羧酸、 羧酸浓度、 温度、 溶剂等反应条件进行筛选. 在最适反应条件下, 丙烯醇环氧化反应转化率可达67%.

Abstract: Carboxylic acid was peroxidized in organic solvents catalyzed by lipase and glycidol was synthesized from allyl alcohol catalyzed by acid peroxide. The optimum conditions (enzyme source, enzyme concentration, acid, acid conce ntration, reaction medium and reaction temperature, et al) were screened out. Under the optimumconditions, a conversion of 67% was achieved.
