生物质炭对黄花鸢尾湿地浮游植物群落的影响

摘要: 考察野外腐化的黄花鸢尾生物质炭在黄花鸢尾模拟湿地系统中维持浮游植物群落稳定性的作用. 实验结果表明: 当湿地基质中生物质炭施加质量比为5 g/kg时, 生物质炭可通过吸附解析作用维持模拟湿地系统水相中酮类物质质量浓度的稳定; 该稳定作用可使浮游植物群落处于相对稳定的化感物质胁迫强度下, 进而使群落小演替能正常进行.

Abstract: We investigated the effect of field decay biochar on the stability of phytoplankton community in the simulated wetland system of Iris wilsonii. Experimental results show that the biochar can maintain the stability of ketone in the simulated wetland system by adsorptiondesorption when the mass ratio of biochar is 5 g/kg in wetland matrix. The stability can make the phytoplankton community under a relatively stable intensity of allelochemical stress, which make the small succession of the community normal.
