Synthesis of 7-Substituted-2-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-naphthalene Carboxylic Acid

摘要:

以7-取代苯乙酸为原料, 经由2-四氢萘酮中间体, 海因水解为关键步骤合成7-取代-2-氨基-1,2,3,4-四氢-2-萘甲酸, 总收率为32%, 并考察了不同7-取代海因的水解条件. 关键中间体及目标分子的结构经核磁共振氢谱、 碳谱得到确认.

Abstract:

7-Substituted-2-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-naphthalene carboxylic acid was synthesized through 2tetralone intermediate by hyda
ntoin hydrolysis from the starting materials 7-substituted phenylacetic acid in a total yield of 32%, and hydrolysis conditions of different 7-substituted hydantoin were examined. The structures of the key intermediate and the target mole
cule were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
