SET-LRP法与ATRP法合成聚丙烯酸甲酯

摘要: 分别利用单电子转移活性自由基聚合(SET-LRP)法与原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法合成聚丙烯酸甲酯, 并用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、 Fourier变换红外光谱(FT-IR)与乌氏黏度计检测产物的性质. 结果表明: 两种方法合成产物的分子结构基本相似, 最终产物的增比黏度差别较小; 当反应时间相同时, SET-LRP法比ATRP法的单体转化率高, SET-LRP反应过程符合一级反应动力学.

Abstract: We synthesized poly(methyl acrylate) by the method of single electron transfer living radical polymerization (SETLRP) and the method of atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The properties of products were detected by 1H-NMR, FT-IR and Ubbelohde viscometer. The results show that the molecular structure of the products synthesized by the two methods is similar, and the specific viscosity of the final product has little difference; in the same reaction time, the monomer conversion rate of SET-LRP method is much higher than that of ATRP method, and the SET-LRP reaction process  accords with the firstorder reaction kinetics.
