摘要: 介绍一种把电网中连续的电压和电流正弦波转换成计算机能够识别的电压脉冲波和电流脉冲波的实用技术. 比较2个脉冲信号前沿的时间差, 得出表征电网经济运行状况的重要参数——功率因数.

Abstract: This article introduces the practical technology by which the uninterrupted voltage and current sine waves are converted into voltage and current impulse waves that can be identified by the computer. Power factor, an important parameter that shows the conditions of economic operation of a grid, is then calculated via the time differences between the front edges of the two pulsed phase signals.
