中草药质量模式综合判定

Integrated Identification of Pattern for Quality ofTraditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 介绍了中草药指纹图谱的用途和计算机解析方法及模式判定的过程和实现方法, 探讨了系统采用的关键技术, 即指纹图谱的存储方法和判定方法, 对指纹图谱中色谱峰的重叠率评价参数进行了说明, 并给出评价模型, 设定判定标准为小于40%, 40%~70%和大于70%3个等级. 以新疆紫草为识别标准, 对2种产地未知紫草样本进行了识别, 并对系统进行了验证. 

Abstract: This paper introduces the usage and computer analysis methods of fingerprint spectrum of traditional Chinese medicine, and the design p rocess and implementation methods of pattern recognition system. It mainly discusses the key technologies of the system, including storage and recognition methods of finger print spectrum, explains the evaluation parameter of overlap ratio of chromatogram peak in finger print spectrum, introduces the evaluation model, and sets the recognition standard which contains three levels, including below 40%, 40% to 70%, above 70%. At last, Sinkiang arnebia roots were taken as identification standard to identify two kinds of unknown arnebia root samples and the system was verified.
