复折射率介质一维光子晶体的透射特性

摘要:

设计一种缺陷层为复折射率介质的一维光子晶体, 并利用量子传输矩阵计算光波的透射率. 结果表明: 缺陷层为复折射率介质结构的光子晶体, 其缺陷模个数随缺陷层厚度的增加而增加, 缺陷模位置随常规介质厚度的增加向波长较小的方向移动.

Abstract: We designed onedimensional photonic crystal with a complex refractive index defects layer and calculated the transmissivity of light waves by using the quantum transfer matrix. The results show that the number of defect modes increases with the increase of the thickness of the defect layer and the positions of the defect mode move towards the direction of the smaller wavelength as the thickness of the conventional medium increases.
