复合污染地下水中磺胺类降解菌对氮细菌作用的影响

Effects of Sulfanilamide Degrading Bacteria on NitrogenBacteria in Combined Polluted Groundwater#br#

摘要: 针对我国农业区地下水三氮(NH+4N,NO-2N,NO-3-N)复合抗生素的污染问题, 通过实验模拟研究其微生物修复过程中磺胺类降解菌对氮细菌降解三氮的作用效果. 结果表明: 磺胺类降解菌可促进NH+4-N和NO-2-N降解, 并抑制氮细菌生长及NO-3-N降解; 磺胺类降解菌为杆菌, 属于革兰氏阳性菌, 氮细菌为球菌和杆菌, 属于革兰氏阴性菌. 即磺胺类降解菌可促进硝化作用, 抑制反硝化作用.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of groudwater pollution caused by trinitrogenous compound antibiotics(NH+4N,NO-2N,NO-3-N)  in agricultural areas of China, the effects of sulfanilamide degrading bacteria on the degradation of trinitrogen by nitrogen bacteria in the process of microbial remediation was studied by experimental simulation. The results show that sulfanilamide de
grading bacteria promote the degradation of NH+4-N and NH+2-N, and inhibit the growth of nitrogen bacteria and the degradation of NH+3-N. Sulfanilamide degrading bacteria are bacilli, belonging to Grampositive bacteria and the nitrogen bacteria are cocci and bacilli, belonging to Gramnegative bacteria, indiciting that sulfanilamide degrading bacteria can promote nitrification and inhibit denitrification.
