摘要: 对Pd2(dba)3参与邻溴苯基环丁酮类化合物开环反应得到的苯并螺环二酮类化合物进行衍生化研究, 并通过Baeyer-Villiger反应和Wittig反应考察一系列含有不同官能团的反应底物. 结果表明, 该方法可高选择性地制备不同类型的苯并螺环化合物.

Abstract: The derivatization of benzosriprodiones obtained from Pd2(dba)3 participated ringopening reaction of Obromophen
ylcyclobutanone derivatives was studied, a series of substrates containing different functional groups were investigated by BaeyerVilliger reaction and Wittig reaction. The results show that different types of benzospirocyclic compounds can be prepared by the proposed method with high selectivity.
