摘要: 以1,4-二氯-2,5-二硝基甲苯为桥联剂, 通过一步合成法制备H-2MHTPP卟啉二聚体, 用MALDI-TOF质谱表征卟啉二聚体的结构, 并研究卟啉二聚体的电化学和光化学性质以及表面光电压光谱(SPS). 结果表明, H-2MHTPP卟啉二聚体是一种p型半导体.

Abstract: Using 1,4-dichloro-2,5-dinitrotoluene as bridging agent, H-2MHTPP porphyrin dimer was prepared by one-step synthesis. The structure of porphyrin dimer was characterized by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The electrochemical and photochemical properties of the porphyrin dimer and the surface photovoltage spectrum (SPS) of the porphyrin dimer were studied. The results show that the H2MHTPP porphyrin dimer is a p-type semiconductor.
