摘要: 小麦、 甘草种子经不同场强的驻极体膜处理, 两种浸泡液的电导率降低; 超氧化物歧化酶、 过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性提高; 单位面积叶绿素含量增加; 抗旱能力增强.

Abstract: The wheat and liquorice seeds were disposed by electret membrane with different strengths. The experiments showed that after the seeds were treated with the proper electret membrane, the conductivities of the soaking solutions of wheat and liquorice seeds can be reduced obviously, and the activity of superoridedismutase (SOD), peroridase (POD) and catalase (CAT) enzymes of the seedlings can be increased remarkably chlorophyll content in the same unit area can be raised, and the seeding drought resistance property can be strengthened remarkably. 
