摘要: 采用纳米颗粒机提取脂肪酶, 其比活较传统超声方法约提高3倍,且具有快速、 高效、 可大量生产等特点, 适于工业化生产. 对脂肪酶活力检测乳化液的制备方法进行优化, 得到了较稳定的活力数据.

Abstract: Nanometer granulation technology to extract lipase can get higher quality and more enzyme. This way is not only risen by three times than traditional ultrasonic method, but faster, higher efficiency and can be applied to the production on a large scale. The way of making emulation for checking lipase dynamic is optimized and more steady dynamic data have been obtained.
