It covers the Intelligent Transportation System valuation, design, implement, core technique, core calculate way, decision management, the service method and connection application aspects. Import the intelligent method will make the Intelligent Transportation System have obvious public service characteristic, more intelligence, systematism, more safe and efficient, among which high compatible ambulation application characteristic and convenient information share will provide new development space for the Intelligent Transportation System.
