Abstract: This paper covers recent work about differentiated services (diffServ) on IP networks. The system structure and techniques about diffServ agreements are analyzed, End-to-end QoS technique combinig DiffServ and int egrated services (IntServ) is emphatically expounded, and on the basis of this combined the application frame about Cernet is further discussed.
