Nonlinear analysis and numerical computation of automobile steel plate spring

Abstract: In this paper, Lagrange's type of dynamics equations and boundary conditions for large deformation of automobile steel plate spring are deduced by using the nonlinear continu um mechanics method. And the numerical result approaching to the experimental re sult is achieved by simulating the force between the pieces. The method in this paper has improved the conventional designing method.
