Study and computer simulation on Gaussian-Sinc pulse

Abstract: Gaussian-Sinc pulse is presented according to the Fourier transformation. Its frequency domain profiles were calculated by means of th e analytical solutions of Bloch equations. The effects of parameter in Gaussian-Sinc pulse on the selective, side band and phase were studied. The advantages and defects of Gaussian-Sinc pulse are discussed and some valuable conclusions are gained. The corresponding experimental results coincide well with the above conclusions.
