Determination of Aconitine in Medicinal Wine and Its Dosage of Aconitine Poisoning

Abstract: A modified HPLC method was used for the separation and the determination of aconitum alkaloids in medicine wine.The toxical dosages of the preparations were established on the basis of the data from the above determination.At the same time，the chemical reasons of aconitine poisoning were revealed.These reasons have provided some scientific bases for the clinical safe drug use.
