Abstract: This paper shows how Resource Description Framework (RDF) Schema can be extended in order to express a full knowledge representation language OIL. By enriching Resource Description Framework Schema (RDFS) with the required additional expressive power and semantics of this language, ontology modeling language OIL can be described in it. The result of representing ontology modeling language OIL in RDFS is that any OIL ontology can be represented in RDF syntax, making it possessing reasoning support and formal semantics of OIL. The method of definition is equally applicable to other knowledge represent formalisms.
