Abstract: Let (A,B,V,W,ψ,)be a Morita Context with ψ and both zero bimodule homomorphisms and C the corresponding Morita Context ring. We obtained some property relations between [WTHX]C[WTBX] and A,Bvia classical mathods in ring theory, and generalized some results on formal triangular matrix rings.
