Abstract: A web service based information integration solution is presented, which is a suitable solution for the information island problem we encounter today. By using this solution, government may manage and report the information of every enterprise more efficiently. We studied the architecture, security policies and other key points of the solution and discussed the Enterprise Datareport System. The system can meet the aim of expansibilityand security.
