Abstract: For detecting the process of reaction between Bromelain and Fibrinogen, quantum dots synthesized in aqueous solution were used to label bromelain in order to form CdTeBromelain. CdTeBromelain were used to detect the reaction process between CdTeBromelain and Fibrinogen as fluorescent probes. The results show that fluorescence spectrum is gradual blueshift and the fluorescence intensity declines gradually with the increase of time.
