Abstract: In view of the teaching experiences of cultivating students in Jilin University computer net laboratory, we put forward a proposal whose target is to design a computer net laboratory with creation, practice, safety and advance and discussed the concrete method in practice from many experts such as the assignment discipline of hardware and software, laboratory discipline, laboratory devices management, stuff management, the construction of rule and so on. The article makes a valuable discovery and summary for improving the computer net laboratory teaching level and cultivating computer net talents.
