Optimization of Sizes of Twotype of the Employees in the Talent Leasing Center

Abstract: The problem of optimizing the size of the employees in the talent leasing center is studied. Based on the criteria of maximizing profit, the mathematical model on the sizes of two types of employees in the talent le asing center with the policy of substitution is proposed according to the discrete stochastic optimization, where one type of employees has complex skill and can substitute for the other type of employees to work. By means of the marginal analysis, the existence of the optimal solution is proved. The advantages of the policy of substitution are also addressed. The necessary conditions of the optimal solution are presented. Finally the searching algorithm of optimal solution is proposed.
