Application of OpenGL in System of Traffic Simulation

Abstract

Abstract: A solution to draw all kinds of traffic elements was proposed. The use of OpenGL is convenient and the function is strong. The effect of OpenGL is good, too. OpenGL is a good tool in the development of 3D graphics. It has stability, dependability and extensibility. The technology of display lists and picking up is very usefull in the system of traffic simulation. Users can draw and operate all kinds of traffic elements with OpenGL in the system. Inter action between users and the system is realized.
