Electrical Properties of Graphite Like C3N4 under High Pressure

Abstract: By means of the technique of microcircuit integrated on DAC, the resistances of graphite like C3N4 were in-situ measured under high pressures. At 293 K, the resistance of g-C3N4 decreased sharply at 5 GPa and 11 GPa respectively, which was consistent with the calculated result. And at 77 K, the resistance of g-C3N4 almost unchanged at 5 GPa, but it changed more sharply at 11 GPa. The rapid decrease of the resistance of g-C3N4at 21 GPa maybe indicate an unknown phase transition. 
