Abstract: A new lattice Boltzmann model was proposed for simulating the seismic pressure wave. Using ChapmanEnskog expansion and multi scale technique to the pressure distribution function, we obtained the moments of the seismic pressure wave equations and the distribution function. Using this model, we simulated the multiseismic pressure waves motion. These numerical results can be compared with the results simulated by the finite differential method.
