Abstract: Poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP, K30) was chosen as the material to prepare its solutions with different concentrations, which were then used to prepare a series of electrospray products by means of electrospinning technologies. The morphologies of the products were characterized by scanning elect ron microscopy (SEM). We researched how the concentration of PVP had affected the morphologies of products. The results show that in the same solvent and under the identical conditions, the concentration of PVP was crucial. The pure micro and nanospheres were obtained when the concentration of PVP reached a certain fixed value.
