Application of Ultraviolet Spectrophotometryartificial Neural Network in the Simultaneous Determination of Purines

Abstract: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry combined with artificial neural network can be used to determine simultaneously. Adenine,xanthine, hypoxanthine and guanine at spectra wavelength from 200~300 nm. The effect of pH on the absorbance of the system was discussed, and the parameters of netwo rk were selected. The method is simple and rapid and RSD is less than 3.7%.
