Abstract: Currently the traditional methods of calculating tourism environment capacity have some drawbacks. With sustainable development as the target, the limitations of traditional formula in the real program have been poi nted out by analyzing the characteristics of traditional formula about tourism environmental capacity, on the basis of which the traditional formula was revised. The traditional formula and revised formula were contrasted, the applied range and rationality of revised formula were presented too.
