Abstract:
h-BN nanopowder was prepared from hexagonal boron nitride powder by means of ball mill method, and it was sintered in a tubular furnace under air or vacuum condition. The composition and structure of the samples were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results indicate that the samples were well crystal composite BN-B2O3 nanorods.
