Preparation of SrFeO3-δ Micro-nanofibers andIts Magnetic Properties

Abstract:

Dihydrogen bonds PVP/SFO composite fibers were synthesized via solgel process combined with electrospinning technology. After high
temperature calcination, perovokite structure SrFeO3-δ nanofibers were successfully prepared. The samples of micronanofibers were investigated on
a scanning electro microscope (SEM), a transmission electron microscope(TEM), an Xray diffractometer (XRD) and a superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID), respectively. The results show that the PVP/SFO composite nanofibers had smooth surfaces and the average diameter was about 500 nm. The orthogonal perovokite structure SrFeO3-δ micronanofibers were obtained by calcining at 800 ℃ for 2 h in air, with the diameter ranged from 260—480 nm and an average fiber diameter of about 400 nm and an average grain size of 32 nm. Magnetic property measurements suggest that the Neel temperature and the Curie temperature of the fiber samples were higher than those of the bulk materials.
