A Class of Armendariz and Semicommutative Subrings of 4×4 Matrix Rings

Abstract:

We discussed the semicommutative and Armendariz properties of the subring S4(R) of 4×4 matrix ring M4(R). It was shown that S4(R) is an Armendariz and semicommutative ring if R is a reduced ring with compatible endomorphisms α1,α2,α3,α4.
