Abstract:

Using matrix splitting method and some existing infinity norm estimates of the inverse of strictly diagonally dominant Mmatrices， we gave a monotone non-increasing sequence for the upper bounds of ‖A^-1‖_∞  of a strictly αdiagonally dominant Mmatrix A. The obtained results were verified by several numerical examples. Numerical results show that the method is feasible and more accurate than some existing results.
