Abstract: We proved the uniqueness of weak solutions of a stationary bipolar quantum energytransport model for semiconductors in onedimensional bounded domain by using some inequality techniques. In other words, when the lattice temperature was large and the Planck constant, the electron current density and the hole current density were all small, the weak solution of the model was unique. This result shows that the solution of the device model is well posed.
