Abstract: We defined a class of Finsler metrics which could be expressed by a Euclidean metrics and two 1forms. By using dually flat equations, we obtained the equivalent condition for those Finsler metrics to be dually flat, and obtained a solution satisfying the dually flat equivalent condition.
