Abstract: Based on the model of organism Caenorhabditis elegans, we investigated mass concentration of Phyllanthus emblica L.extracts at 10,20,40 mg/mL on antioxidation of C.elegans. The experimental results show that 10 mg/mL P.emblica L. extract can significantly increase the spawning of C.elegans, and there are no obvious effect on exercise capacity of C.elegans. The P.emblica L.extracts have low toxicity in the mass concentration range of experments. 10 mg/mL P.emblica L.extract can significantly prolong the life of C.elegans, and have a good protective effect on antioxidant pressure. 10 mg/mL P.emblica L.extract can significantly improve the enzyme activity of C.elegans, so as to achieve protective effect of antioxidant.
