Abstract: Using oxide graphene as sorbent, we established a solidphase extraction method for the extraction of five pyrethroid pesticide residues of cyfluthrin, tefluthrin, fenvalerate, permethrin and bifenthrin from ginseng  beverage. The extraction conditions were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. We investigated the effect of the amount of oxide graphene, the type and volume of eluent and the extraction time on the extraction. The results show that the enrichment effect of pyrethriod pesticide residues is better, the recovery rates of cyfluthrin, tefluthrin, fenvalerate, permethrin and bifenthrin  are 105.98%,65.93,105.17%,93.69% and 89.46% respectively under the optimal extraction conditions.
