A Hilbert’s Integral Inequality in the Whole Planewith Non-homogeneous Kernel

Abstract: By introducing independent parameters and intermediate variables, applying the weight functions and the technique of real analysis, we established a Hilbert’s integral inequality in the whole plane with a best  constant factor and a non-homogeneous kernel, and discussed its equivalent forms and some particular cases.
